  1. Eligibility for Returns
    We accept returns for international orders within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Limited-edition or custom items may not be eligible for return.
  2. How to Start a Return
    To initiate a return, please email us at rdrodeback@yahoo.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the next steps.
  3. Return Shipping Costs
    Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not liable for lost returns.
  4. Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
  5. Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  6. Exchanges
    At this time, we do not offer direct international exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
